Millet Upma
Millets has made a great comeback. This recipe is my experimental dish and my family loved it so much that I make it pretty often. Jowar is a treasure trove of nutrients like calcium, iron, phosphorous, thiamine and protein. Just a simple mango pickle can be an excellent accompaniment. Or if you are looking for something fancier try this Butternut Squash Gravy to serve along with this dish.
