Most people who are in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds, and are 16 years or older can donate blood. Certain medical conditions or recent travel may affect eligibility. Feel free to contact us for specific eligibility criteria.

In most cases, you can donate whole blood every 56 days. However, the frequency may vary for different types of donations, such as platelets or plasma. Our staff will provide guidance on donation intervals based on your donation type.

Donating blood is generally safe and does not have a significant impact on your health. Your body replenishes the donated blood volume within a few weeks. It’s essential to follow post-donation guidelines provided by our staff to ensure a smooth recovery.

It depends on the medical condition and medication you’re taking. Some conditions or medications may affect your eligibility to donate blood. Please inform our staff about any medical conditions or medications during the screening process, and we’ll provide guidance based on your individual circumstances.

The entire blood donation process typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour, including registration, medical history review, donation, and refreshments afterward. The actual blood donation itself usually takes around 10-15 minutes. Our experienced staff will guide you through each step of the process to ensure a comfortable and efficient donation experience.
