Dr. Girinivasan Chellamuthu
Dr. Girinivasan Chellamuthu is a highly accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with specialized expertise in arthroscopy, sports medicine, shoulder & elbow surgery, knee surgery and complex trauma care. With over a decade of clinical and academic experience, he has trained at premier institutions in India and the United States. He has completed advanced fellowships in arthroscopy & sports medicine, shoulder & elbow surgery, trauma & limb reconstruction, and orthopaedic rheumatology, including international fellowship exposure in the United States.
Dr. Girinivasan has a strong academic and research background, having authored 70+ peer-reviewed publications and multiple book chapters, along with several national and international awards. He is a recipient of a number of international and national awards and gold medals in arthroscopy and sports medicine. He is actively involved in translational research and focuses on integrating cutting-edge techniques into clinical practice. He is a national faculty in many orthopaedic conferences lecturing younger generations in the field of Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine. His approach emphasizes evidence-based care, minimally invasive surgery, and patient-cantered treatment, aiming for faster recovery and optimal functional outcomes.
