Dr V Santhosh
Dr. V. Santhosh is a highly experienced cardiac anaesthesiologist and intensivist with over a decade of expertise in managing complex adult and paediatric cardiac surgical patients.
He completed his MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College, followed by DA and MD in Anaesthesiology from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and DNB in Anaesthesiology. He went on to complete his DM in Cardiac Anaesthesia in 2019 from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology.
He further gained international experience through advanced fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Cardiac Critical Care at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UK).
Dr. Santhosh specialises in heart and lung transplantation, ECMO (VA/VV), and mechanical circulatory support including LVAD. He is EACVI/EACTAIC certified in transoesophageal echocardiography and has extensive experience in managing high-risk cardiac and thoracic surgical patients.
