  • Smaller meals at shorter intervals are best
  • Eat lots of cold salads to maintain vitamin and mineral levels
  • Eat low glycemic index foods and rich greens that contain lots of fibre With proper nutrition and hydration, the summer season is one that can be enjoyed.
