Dealing with sickness and disease can be difficult and complicated. As the old saying goes "Prevention is far better than cure." This is often easier said than done. The best way to do it is to focus on what is called "positive health", which means promoting health assets like exercise, proper diet etc. to create wellness and a feeling of wellbeing. Positive health equips people to deal with the chemical, biological, physical and psychosocial challenges of life with the minimum of stress and strain.
