CHIP PCI and Mechanical Circulatory Support System (Impella, ECMO)
Our centre for complex CHIP-PCI (complex high-risk indicated percutaneous coronary intervention) with ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) and Impella will be structured as a regional centre of excellence in treating advanced coronary artery disease with heart failure/ shock. This would be one of the unique ventures in south India to form a hub and spoke model to get referrals for the sickest patients who suffer from heart attacks / heart blocks with reduced heart pumping function. The hospital, with its global collaboration and expert in-house team, will offer dedicated MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity) services.

Kauvery Heart Valve Centre of Innovation for Valve Replacement
At Kauvery Heart Valve Centre, our valve team offers minimally invasive and advanced transcatheter-based valve therapy at an affordable cost with excellent outcomes among the patients treated by our doctors. We have a training centre for physicians in this novel therapy. Our centre has international dimensions in having clinical team collaborations with centres of excellence in Europe and North America offering service and training to physicians from India and abroad. This would be one of its kind to have therapy specialists with extensive experience.
Delivering catheter-based therapies for structural heart disorders is one of the foci of the Kauvery Heart Institute. With our team of highly trained medical professionals and state-of-the-art imaging technologies, we are dedicated to aiding our patients suffering from valvular heart disease. Heart Rhythm Centre
A dedicated heart rhythm clinic would be a key highlight of the KHI Institute. We have a wide array of facilities for diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. Our services include advanced 2D and 3D mapping and ablation with the help of intracardiac echo imaging to deliver precise treatment for the most complex rhythm disorders.
We also have specialised services for advanced device therapies such as infra cardiac defibrillator, Bi-ventricular pacemaker (CRT), lead extraction, and implantable loop recorders (ILR).
Heart Failure Clinics
At KHI, we offer dedicated heart failure clinics to provide focused care for heart failure patients. Heart failure is often a forgotten entity, and it doesn’t get the attention it deserves. Paediatric Cardiology and Interventions for Congenital Heart Disease
At Kauvery Hospital in Radial Road, Chennai, we have a huge facility to take care of our younger ones (children and neonates). Advanced 4D Cardiac Echocardiography and Intracardiac Echo
KHI will have a comprehensive cardiovascular imaging facility with advanced 4D echo and intracardiac echocardiography to perfect the complex structural heart disease interventions. This centre is happy to announce that it has equipped itself with all the advanced cardiovascular echocardiography technologies available in the country by getting advanced ICE, CT integration, and ECHO integration to the cardiac cath lab and making it the best for the perfect treatment option for the patients.

Digital cardiac rehabilitation is an evolving concept currently available to very few in the country and has produced remarkable results in the western world. KHI is very happy to announce that it is 100% digital and proud to offer a digital cardiac rehabilitation programme to our patients.
