Dr. Suganthi graduated with an M.B.B.S. from Madras Medical College. She did her M.D. in Internal Medicine from Good Samaritan hospital, Ohio, U. S. She is proficient in Tamil, English and Hindi.A dedicated internal medicine physician with 20 years of experience treating patients with both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting in the US and in India. Areas of extensive experience include management of diabetes, hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia and thyroid disease.

Have published about 14 articles in peer reviewed medical journals.Has co-authored a handbook, ” Handbook of In-patient glucose management ” in 2020.

She Was an active faculty in developing and delivering online CME courses while working at Chellaram Diabetes Hospital, Pune.
