- After completing his post graduation from MMC, Chennai, he went on to complete his Advanced Training in Intensive Care from Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and then worked as Consultant in critical care at Royal Stoke University teaching hospital before returning to India after 15 years in UK.
- Dr.Sridhar was awarded the Registrars Gold medal in Critical care during his training in UK and has received Clinical Excellence awards in the National Health service, UK.
- He worked with NHS Blood and Transplant and was the lead for 28 hospitals in the Midlands region. He is also on the advisory board for Mohan Foundation and was invited to the House of Lords for his work in fostering a partnership between MF and NHSBT,UK.
- He has developed several medical apps which have been endorsed by NHS UK for use across all hospitals in UK.
- Dr.Sridhar is one of the founders for a medical tech-startup which is partnering with IIT Madras in developing novel devices and technologies to improve health care delivery. He is also an advisor for Villgro an organisation which supports innovation and social entrepreneurship.
