Dr. Gopi Bagya S K

Dr. Gopi Bagya S K is a Radiologist with training in diagnostic imaging, emergency radiology, and non-vascular interventional procedures. She completed her MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College and pursued MD in Radio Diagnosis from Barnard Institute of Radiology, Chennai.

She has experience in interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies with particular interest in emergency radiology, cross-sectional imaging, and interdisciplinary imaging-based clinical support. Her expertise includes non-vascular image-guided procedures and collaborative management across multiple specialties.

Prior to her radiology training, she served under the Government of Tamil Nadu as Assistant Surgeon and also held administrative responsibilities as Incharge Medical Officer at a Community Health Centre in Ariyalur.

Dr. Gopi Bagya has actively participated in national and state radiology conferences and has received the Best Poster Award under the Chest Division at the 76th Annual National IRIA Conference in 2024. She was also runner-up for the Best Paper Award at the TNPY IRIA Subchapter Meeting in 2023.

She has contributed to academic publications including research on pulmonary artery obstruction index and a published case report in radiology literature.

Her clinical approach focuses on accurate image interpretation, timely diagnosis, and coordinated patient-centered radiological care.
