Amla and Curry Leaves Juice

Amla is an excellent source of vitamin C. Hence, it helps boost your immunity and metabolism and prevents viral and bacterial ailments, including cold and cough. The vitamin C in amla is absorbed more easily by the body compared to store-bought supplements. Curry leaves are known for their rich iron and folic acid content.



  • Amla – 3
  • Curry leaves – a few
  • Salt as per individual requirements


  • Start by deseeding the amla.
  • Cut the amla into pieces.
  • Grind the amla and the curry leaves with salt and water.
  • Filter it out and add water as required.
  • The juice is now ready to serve.

This drink tastes wonderfully refreshing!

Note: Ginger, green chillies and chaat masala can be added to enhance the taste of the juice. Sugar too can be added for children.
