Dried soya beans - 1 cup
To Be Finely chopped:
Onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
The quantity of the ingredients can be varied according to personal preferences.
Soak soya beans for 4 hours and pressure cook with a little bit of salt for 2 whistles.
Once cooled open the lid, drain the beans and transfer to a bowl.
To this add the chopped vegetables, lime juice and chilli flakes.
