We sincerely thank Dr. Arshad Raja sir for the clear explanations, calm approach, and compassionate care. Every concern was addressed patiently, treatment options were explained in a way we could understand, and we always felt reassured and supported.
Dr. Arshad Raja sir Assistant Shankar was consistently supportive, professional and attentive, always ensuring clear communication and patient comfort.
Nursing Team – The Nursing staffs were attentive, gentle and very responsive at all times-day and night. Medication administration, monitoring, and patient comfort were handled with great care. The fourth floor and second-floor nurses in A Block were all very helpful-especially Karthiga, Jamuna, Abhinaya and Shanmuga Priya. Apologies for any fourth-floor nurses names I may have missed but all the nurses were kind and helpful.
Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness and hygiene. Adhilakshmi and all others staff were helpful.
