My mother-in-law tested positive for Covid-19. Her doctor recommended immediate admission to Kauvery for treatment with monoclonal injection. Arrangements were swift and she got admitted in a timely manner with an ambulance sent to pick her up. The staff, on arrival, swung into immediate action and she was given the injection a little later.
Today, after monitoring her, the doctor cleared her for discharge. Being closest to the hospital, I had gone there to pay the bills and get her back home. I called the billing desk and expressed my apprehension to enter the hospital with live covid cases. Mr. Ashok in billing put me in touch with Mr. Bijin who took efficient charge of the whole process. I was asked to come to the first floor where the billing department is. Mr. Raghu, the cashier, expedited the process of payment and gave clear instructions to the staff about the discharge process without me needing to be there. Mr. Bijin went personally to the room in which my mother-in-law was treated and supervised every facet of the process right up to the point when my mother-in-law was put in an ambulance to be sent home. I had gone back to my house and he kept communicating with me until she had been put in the ambulance for the return trip. He even sent me the medical reports pertaining to my mother-in-law’s diagnosis and treatment through WhatsApp.
I am very happy and grateful for the all the doctors, nurses and service staff for making this difficult process a very smooth one. I want to thank Mr. Bijin again for his take-charge attitude and commend him for a job well-done.

My first experience in this hospital, is Fantastic, Doctors are very polite & humble, listening to patients’ problems. I met two doctors, Dr. Sekar, & Dr. Spine Dr Somasundara Rao, more than doctors, they ate great men in attending patients.
In my second visit Dr. Somasundra Ro, has explained in detail, and made me to understand my physical problems. Has given one week to check certain things, and come within one week. A nice and Gentle approach, I am much pleased.
