For the past few weeks, I had been struggling with dizziness and had already consulted three different specialists in Kolkata—an orthopaedic doctor, a neurologist and a neurotologist. Interestingly, each one had a different perspective, leaving me genuinely confused about how the same problem could seemingly belong to three different branches of medicine.
Today, I was fortunate enough to consult Dr. Bhuyaneswari Rajendran, who had travelled from Chennai to Kolkata for a special consultation camp.
What impressed me most was her approach. She patiently listened to my entire history, went through all my previous reports, carefully examined the MRI plates—not just the report—and conducted a thorough physical examination. Most importantly, she took the time to explain what could actually be causing my symptoms and what the appropriate way forward should be.
There were no unnecessary tests, no fancy recommendations and absolutely no rush—just a focused, clinical and logical approach.
I honestly don’t know yet whether my dizziness will completely go away, but after today’s consultation, for the first time I know what I am dealing with and, more importantly, whom I need to consult for it.
A big HATS OFF to Dr. Bhuyaneswari Rajendran. 👏

I was very taken in by the directness and forthright diagnosis of my neck problem by Dr. Bala Murali. He prescribed for me a non-invasive procedure of first doing Physiotherapy and if any issue persists then do a small surgery for straightening my neck.
