Tirunelveli Kauvery Hospital Organizes Massive World Heart Day Awareness Rally in Thoothukudi
Thoothukudi – In observance of World Heart Day 2025, a massive Heart Safety Awareness Rally was successfully conducted this morning in Thoothukudi. The event was organized by Tirunelveli Kauvery Hospital in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) Units 218 and 244 of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi.
The rally, aimed at raising public awareness about the importance of cardiac health and preventive measures against heart diseases, began at 7:00 AM from the Thoothukudi Corporation Office and culminated at the Kamaraj College (Autonomous). Over 150 college students enthusiastically participated in this awareness initiative.
The event was flagged off by the Mayor of Thoothukudi Corporation, Honourable Mr. Jegan Periyasamy, who extended his support for this crucial public health initiative.
